Deposits must be made from a payment method registered solely in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refused or reversed.

4.2 General Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered Kokobet account.
As a general rule, withdrawals should be processed back to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals. Where this is not possible (e.g. Paysafecard, iDEAL), an alternative eligible method must be selected.
A mandatory 1× deposit turnover applies before your first withdrawal, even if no bonus is active. For example, if you deposit €100, you must wager a total of €100 before requesting a withdrawal.
Crypto withdrawals are processed to the wallet address specified in your account. Kokobet is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by the player.
Quoted processing times commence once a withdrawal request has been approved by Kokobet's payments team. Identity verification (see Section 6) must be complete before approval can be granted.
Kokobet reserves the right to carry out additional security and AML checks on any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if further documentation is required.
Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before they enter the approved state; once approved, a request cannot be reversed.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits
The weekly withdrawal limit for cryptocurrency transactions is €70,000.
The weekly withdrawal limit for Skrill/Neteller is €10,000.
The weekly withdrawal limit for Visa/Mastercard is €5,000.
Limits for SEPA bank transfers vary and are confirmed in the cashier at the time of request.
Higher limits may be available at the discretion of Kokobet's VIP team for players at senior loyalty tiers. Please contact [email protected] to discuss VIP withdrawal arrangements.
5. Fees & Charges
Kokobet does not impose deposit fees. The following charges may, however, apply to withdrawals and players should be aware of them before submitting a request:
SEPA Bank Transfer fee: A fee of €20 applies to SEPA transfers where the withdrawal amount is below €300.
Low-value withdrawal admin charge: Withdrawals of less than €100 may attract a €5 administrative charge, depending on the payment method selected.
No other fees are levied by Kokobet beyond those stated above. Charges applied by your own bank, card issuer or e-wallet provider are outside Kokobet's control; please consult your provider for details.
Network (gas) fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals are deducted at the prevailing blockchain rate and are outside Kokobet's control.
To avoid unnecessary charges, we recommend using cryptocurrency for smaller withdrawals, where the minimum is €10 and no administrative fee applies.
6. Identity Verification (KYC)
Kokobet is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC). Completing verification promptly ensures withdrawals are not delayed.
6.1 When Verification Is Required
Before a player's first withdrawal request is approved.
When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed thresholds set by Kokobet's AML policy.
Where Kokobet's risk or compliance team identifies a need for additional checks at any time.
6.2 Documents Typically Required
Proof of identity: A valid government-issued passport, national identity card or driving licence (showing full name, date of birth, photograph and expiry date).
Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement or official government letter dated within the last three months and showing your full name and residential address.
Proof of payment method: A photograph or screenshot of the card (showing only the first six and last four digits, with the middle digits obscured), e-wallet account details or a crypto wallet statement, as applicable.
Source of funds: In certain circumstances, Kokobet may request documentation to evidence the legitimate source of funds used for gambling. This may include recent payslips, bank statements or other financial records.
6.3 Submission & Processing
Documents must be submitted via the verification section of your account or as directed by the support team.
All documents must be clear, unedited, fully visible and in a supported format (PDF, JPG or PNG).
Kokobet aims to complete KYC reviews within a reasonable timeframe. Complex cases or incomplete submissions may take longer.
Kokobet reserves the right to suspend an account and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC in accordance with its AML obligations.
7. Bonus Funds & Wagering Requirements
When a bonus is active, the following financial restrictions apply alongside the specific terms attached to that promotion:
The maximum bet permitted while a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding is €5 per spin or round. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
Slots contribute 100% to wagering requirements; RNG table games contribute 10%; live casino titles contribute 5% or may be fully excluded — check individual promotion terms.
Progressive jackpot slots are excluded from wagering contribution while a bonus is active.
Welcome bonus wagering is calculated on the combined deposit and bonus amount at a rate of 40× (first and second deposits) or 35× on free spin winnings (third deposit).
A withdrawal request made while a bonus wagering requirement is incomplete will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited, and only the eligible real-money balance will be released.
The mandatory 1× deposit turnover requirement applies to all accounts regardless of whether a bonus has been claimed.
Full bonus terms, including validity periods, minimum deposit thresholds and eligible games, are set out in Kokobet's Bonus Terms and Conditions, which form part of the General Terms and Conditions available on koko-bet.co.
8. Account Funding Rules & Prohibited Practices
Only funds that belong to you and have been obtained by lawful means may be deposited at Kokobet.
Accounts may not be used as a payment processing facility. Depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in reasonable gambling activity is prohibited.
Collusion, fraudulent chargebacks, exploitation of bonuses through multiple accounts or any other form of abuse will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities.
Kokobet reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to the player's account balance if fraud, a system error or a breach of these terms is suspected.
Any funds deposited via a third-party payment method not registered in the account holder's name will be frozen pending investigation and may be returned to the source.
9. Failed & Declined Transactions
If a deposit is declined, please check that your payment method is enabled for online gambling transactions. Many card issuers apply merchant category blocks for gambling; you may need to contact your bank to lift this restriction.
If funds have been debited by your bank or payment provider but have not appeared in your Kokobet account within a reasonable time, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
Kokobet is not liable for funds lost as a result of incorrect payment details (including cryptocurrency wallet addresses) entered by the player.
In the event of a technical error during a transaction, Kokobet will investigate and, where funds have been incorrectly credited or debited, will correct the account balance accordingly.
10. Responsible Gambling & Financial Controls
Kokobet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to use the financial management tools available in their account settings, which may include deposit limits, session limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options. Setting a deposit limit is an effective way to maintain control over your spending.
If you wish to set a deposit limit, adjust your session time or request a self-exclusion, please access the Responsible Gambling section of your account or contact [email protected].
Once a deposit limit has been reduced, the change takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period as required by Kokobet's responsible gambling policy.
Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, no deposits will be accepted and no marketing communications will be sent.
If you feel that gambling is causing you financial or personal harm, please seek help from an independent support organisation. Free confidential assistance is available from services such as GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk) and Gamblers Anonymous (www.gamblersanonymous.org.uk).
11. Changes to This Policy
Kokobet reserves the right to amend this Payment Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-site notification. Continued use of koko-bet.co following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
